The partner programme is for people who act as intermediaries. No partner commission is paid on sales to your own business, to businesses you own, are a partner, manager or employee of, or that belong to your family members. Partner commission can’t be used as a discount for these businesses either.
For every sale you declare that you have no connection to the business; the details are set out in the partner agreement.

What is the commission rate?
Rates are set in the partner agreement according to the plan and sales volume. After you apply, we share the rates and payment terms with you.
Do I collect payment from the business?
No. Menuvola invoices the business and collects the payment. You don’t need to take money from the business or issue it an invoice.
How do I receive my commission?
Once the business’s payment reaches Menuvola, you invoice Menuvola for the commission amount, and your commission is paid to your account according to the schedule in the agreement.
Can I apply as an individual?
Yes. Individual sellers without a company can become partners too. The only requirement is that you can issue an invoice to Menuvola for your commission.
Can I sell to my own business or a relative’s business?
You can of course use Menuvola in your own business, but that sale doesn’t count as a partner sale and no commission is paid. The same applies to businesses you own, are a partner, manager or employee of, or that belong to your family members.
Do I set the prices?
No. Sales are made at Menuvola’s current plan prices, so every business sees the same price and the invoice comes directly from Menuvola.
Who handles setup and support?
Menu setup, photo shoots, technical support and customer relations are handled by the Menuvola team. You refer the business to us, and we follow up together.
