Refunds
If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase, we refund what you paid; if your setup has already been done, the setup fee is deducted. Renewal and refund terms
Payments
Menuvola doesn’t process payments or issue fiscal receipts. You take payment with your own card terminal; Menuvola Orders only records the payment method.

We reply to weekday messages the same business day; on Premium, fast WhatsApp support during service hours.

Questions you may have.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser, in their phone’s language if your menu has it.

Does Menuvola take payments or a commission?

No. Menuvola doesn’t process payments and takes no share of your sales. You take payment with your own card terminal; Menuvola only records the payment method.

Where is Menuvola used today?

Menuvola is built in Istanbul, and our team has set up QR menus for 100+ restaurants and cafés in Türkiye. There it also connects to local delivery platforms (Uber Eats Trendyol Go, GetirYemek, Yemeksepeti and Migros Yemek). The panel works in English, and menus can be shown in 18 languages.

How does the free trial work?

Sign up, add your menu and try Digital for 14 days without a card. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
